Dedication to Community (D2C) is a brand that was founded in 2012 with the aim of improving economic mobility for underserved communities. Led by M. Quentin Williams, a former FBI agent and federal prosecutor, along with business and athletic leaders, D2C connects with audiences by sharing personal experiences and examples of how hard work, relationships, and entrepreneurship can lead to leadership roles.

Originally focused on addressing issues in the justice system, D2C has expanded its mission to ensure safe and respectful interactions between all people, particularly law enforcement and the communities they serve. They offer training programs that promote positive community engagement and social responsibility. The brand's ultimate goal is to create a unified commUNITY where justice is accessible to all.
