Design & Me is a brand led by Jordan Polonsky, a Design Director and Designpreneur. With a passion for solving people-centric problems, Jordan excels in creating digital experiences, defining strategies, designing future-forward interfaces, and leading transformative teams. Working closely with engineering, UX, and product teams, Jordan oversees the larger product vision, co-creates and executes product roadmaps, and ensures high-quality design deliverables that follow design systems with consistent brand language.

Jordan also drives the overall Design team's operations, strategy, and process, providing constructive feedback and encouraging exploration of design thinking and digital interface design. Collaborating with UX teams, Jordan creates successful user experiences that achieve business objectives. Additionally, Jordan is involved in vetting, hiring, and training new members of the design team, fostering an open, collaborative, and inclusive environment.
