Salt Lake Donated Dental Services (SLDDS) is a brand dedicated to relieving dental pain and suffering while preserving oral health through preventative education and comprehensive treatment. Established in 1990 by Dr. Ralph Montgomery, SLDDS aims to make quality dental care accessible to Salt Lake City's underserved community.

SLDDS operates two programs: the Donated Dental Program, which provides free services to individuals at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level, and the Discounted Dental Program, offering discounted services to individuals at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. With an average of 42 patients treated per day, the clinic runs five days a week in Salt Lake City's Glendale community. The brand's mission is to ensure that a healthy smile is not limited to those with financial means.
