Dream School Foundation is a non-profit organization established in Bangalore, India in 2005 by a group of dedicated volunteers. We have a mission to break the cycle of socio-economic vulnerability for children and families by providing them with equitable and quality education. Our focus is to empower them to help themselves through the power of education.

We firmly believe that every child has the right to receive a quality and inclusive education. Sadly, millions of children in India, particularly girls, children with special needs, and those from low-income families, slums, and rural areas, are denied this right. This denial has long-lasting consequences for their future, as well as the future of their families, communities, and even the country.

Dream School Foundation works in close partnership with the Education Department and aligns with the National Education Policy of the Government of India. Our initiatives include direct action with children, promoting inclusive education in schools, and sustainable livelihood and skill-building programs. We also extend our support to teenagers and youth from disadvantaged communities, assisting them with their rights to livelihood until the age of 24.

Our approach is rights-based and inclusive, focusing on equity and development. We recognize that transformation starts with individuals, and we strive to unlock their potential for lasting change. By involving stakeholders and emphasizing sustainability, we create a positive impact in the lives of the most vulnerable and excluded children.

Our ultimate vision is to make the right to education a reality for all. To achieve our goals, we work tirelessly in partnership with children, families, communities, and wider society. Our commitment is to support students from schools to livelihood and promote gender equality.
