During his time at Algolia, he created impactful blog posts, delivered compelling talks, and initiated projects as their first developer advocate.

Josh also played a crucial role in establishing Algolia's online community forum and growing it to over 1,000 users within the first year. In addition, Josh was the VP Engineering at Keen IO, contributing to the design and implementation of their analytics-as-a-service API, which powered their success in attracting thousands of customers. He has also worked as a Principal Engineer at Disney Interactive and played a pivotal role in the development of Togetherville, a safe social network for kids acquired by the Walt Disney Company.
