Certified in Chinese Herbs and Oriental medicine, she has also pursued post-graduate studies in Mei Zen™ Cosmetic Acupuncture. Through acupuncture, herbal medicine, and nutrition, Lauren is passionate about helping individuals achieve their health goals by restoring natural harmony and balance in their bodies. Located in Austin since 2006, Lauren considers it her home alongside her husband, two kids, and beloved pup, Peaches.
