The East Texas Food Bank, established in 1988, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to fighting hunger and feeding hope in East Texas. With a mission to provide food assistance, they have partnered with over 200 agencies to serve children, the working poor, and seniors in 26 counties across the region. Their comprehensive programs include the BackPack Program, Kids Cafe© & Afterschool Snack Program, Summer Food Program, Senior Box Program (CSFP), and Nutrition Education.

Additionally, they offer benefits assistance, fresh produce through their Mobile Pantry, and resources through the Deep East Texas Resource Center, Longview Resource Center, and Tyler Resource Center.
