Education Over Everything Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Camden, NJ, dedicated to transforming the lives of youth, young adults, and adults through education and empowerment. Our mission is to train and inspire individuals to become successful entrepreneurs, business professionals, innovators, and positive role models within their communities. With a focus on 21st-century solutions, we aim to eradicate poverty from urban communities across America.

We achieve this by providing comprehensive programs and events that promote economic empowerment, core values, and critical thinking skills. Since our establishment in 2012, Education Over Everything Foundation has made a significant impact in Camden and the surrounding areas. We have successfully hosted events, conducted school presentations, and trained young people to become business owners.

Our founder, Rashaan Hornsby, started this organization after completing a school tour with the support of Tyrone Richards, the principal of Woodrow Wilson High School.
