East End Disability Associates (EEDA) is a grassroots organization founded in 1993 by parents who advocated for their children with disabilities. Committed to quality education, medical treatment, habilitation, and recreational services for individuals of all abilities, EEDA became a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in 1996. Today, EEDA serves over 750 individuals with a range of residential, day, crisis, respite, and self-directed services on the East End of Long Island.

At EEDA, we strive to set industry standards, challenge limitations, and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in becoming the best versions of themselves. Our dedicated and well-trained workforce instills professionalism, compassion, honesty, pride, creativity, good humor, and respect in all aspects of their support. We believe in celebrating each person's individuality, and continuously seek new opportunities to pioneer and engage in services that align with their needs and aspirations.
