Vestal Endowed Scholarship to full-time students at Old Dominion University who are enrolled in Electrical Engineering Technology or Information Systems Management studies and have a passion for wireless applications or telecommunications.

This scholarship honors the life of Joseph B. Vestal, a distinguished alumni of ODU and a former member of the EWA Board of Directors. With a long career in the wireless industry, Mr.

Vestal was instrumental in guiding strategic initiatives for EWA and other trade associations. Enterprise Wireless also offers services such as Spectrum Intel™, Cevo®, License Bank™, and License Management to assist with frequency coordination and licensing.
