Equality Labs is a South Asian power-building organization with a mission to end the oppression of caste apartheid, Islamophobia, white supremacy, and religious intolerance. As an Ambedkarite organization, they align themselves with the liberatory vision of Dr. B.

R. Ambedkar for caste abolition. Using a multifaceted approach that includes community research, political base-building, culture-shifting art, and digital security, Equality Labs empowers communities and individuals to challenge and dismantle systems of oppression.

They center the leadership of South Asian caste oppressed, queer, and religious minority communities in redefining South Asian identity in the United States, the diaspora, and their respective home countries. Membership is open to Dalit, Adivasi, and Bahujan South Asians. Equality Labs also emphasizes the importance of ending internal hegemonies, such as caste, language, geography, gender, sexuality, and religion, in order to work towards dynamic South Asian feminist futures.
