He is the founder of Spiegel Psychological Services, which has now transitioned into Attune Philadelphia Therapy Group. As President of the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis (ASCH), Dr. Spiegel is a leading expert in clinical hypnosis.

He offers personalized individual consultation in hypnosis to mental health practitioners and has conducted training workshops both in the United States and internationally. With specialization in attachment theory, Dr. Spiegel focuses on attachment-based therapeutic interventions, exploring how early relationship templates influence our emotions, thoughts, and interpersonal experiences.
