ESD 113, also known as Capital Region ESD 113, is an educational service district that aims to provide essential services and resources for school districts and communities. Established in 1969 by the Washington State Legislature, ESD 113 helps school districts save money by pooling resources and assists OSPI in implementing education initiatives. Their mission is guided by eight words: close gaps, grow people, influence change, and eradicate racism.
