Eskasoni School, located along the picturesque shores of the Bras D'or Lakes, is a renowned educational institution catering to a diverse population of over 900 students. As a Mi'kmaq First Nations school, we pride ourselves in offering a comprehensive learning experience for children starting from the age of 4 in our kindergarten program. Parents have the option to choose between our immersive Mi'kmaq program or the provincially approved English mainstream program.

By grade 3, all students transition into the mainstream program while still benefiting from specialist instruction in their native Mi'kmaq language. As they progress to middle school, our dedicated educators provide a nurturing environment throughout their adolescent years until graduation at the end of grade 9.
