EuroGeoSurveys is a not-for-profit organization that represents the Geological Surveys of Europe. Their mission is to bridge geoscience and policy for the benefit of European society. By conducting collaborative research and engaging in a wide range of outreach activities, EuroGeoSurveys provides expert guidance and practical geoscience data to guide policy-making and address societal challenges.

The organization's Expert Groups and Task Forces work on diverse geoscientific topics, including earth observation, geohazards, geoenergy, geoheritage, geological mapping, marine geology, mineral resources, spatial information, urban geology, and water resources. Through their projects, EuroGeoSurveys offers open-access geological maps, data, and data infrastructure to European institutions, regulators, industry, and the public. With 37 member organizations, over 500 experts, and a workforce of more than 10,000, EuroGeoSurveys delivers a harmonized pan-European approach to geoscience.
