EUSE, the European Union of Supported Employment, is a non-Government organization established in 1993 to promote the development of Supported Employment across Europe. They aim to assist individuals with significant disabilities in accessing real employment opportunities of their choice within integrated settings, providing ongoing support for economic and social integration in their communities. EUSE achieves their goals through various initiatives.

They promote the Supported Employment model, exchange information and knowledge on best practices, and develop model services. They also facilitate networking with other European and worldwide associations, fostering collaboration and learning. The organization's activities include organizing the bi-annual EUSE Conference, which serves as a platform for information exchange, influencing European social and economic policy, and developing new National Associations.

They also campaign for the rights of people with disabilities to access vocational training and employment, conduct research, and provide membership services and support. By promoting inclusive employment, EUSE contributes to creating a more inclusive and equitable society for individuals with disabilities
