It's important to note that USA, Canadian, and UK citizens are no longer required to present a negative test result for COVID-19 before traveling. As a result, we no longer offer free tests. However, our resorts have COVID-19 testing service available for guests who wish to take it, with an additional fee that can be paid directly at the hotel or resort.

In the unfortunate event of a positive COVID-19 test, we have established isolation suites at our hotels. If the guest is asymptomatic, they will go to these suites, and our COVID-19 protocol will be activated. For those with symptoms, our medical staff will evaluate the situation and determine if hospitalization is necessary or if the guest can return to the isolation suite at the hotel.

As a gesture of support, we offer up to 5-days complimentary stay at no additional cost to guests who test positive for COVID-19. To make an appointment for a COVID-19 test, guests can visit the medical center at each of our hotels and resorts in Mexico and the Dominican Republic. For Jamaica, the medical staff will schedule the test once the guest makes a request.
