Farm of the Child is a Catholic non-profit organization that aims to educate, protect, and provide spiritual formation for vulnerable children and families in the local community of Trujillo, Honduras. Founded in 1987 by Vincent and Zulena Pescatore, Farm of the Child began as an orphanage, clinic, and school in the rainforests of El Petén, Guatemala. After Vincent's passing in 1996, Zulena continued the mission with the support of her five children.

Today, the vision of Vincent lives on through the dedication of Honduran employees, international missionaries, Franciscan sisters, and generous benefactors. Finca del Niño, the recognized name for their children's home, elementary and middle schools, and medical clinic, provides care to 25-50 children, educates 110 students, and treats 1,500+ patients annually.
