In subsequent editions, they have hosted winter editions and even created a special dining space with a 650-meter-long table in a designated area. The brand aims to enhance the identity of Yuzawa City as a fermentation city, showcasing the value of fermentation in various forms such as sake, miso, soy sauce, and pickles.
