Food For Thought is a brand that provides comprehensive nutrition services to Sonoma County residents affected by HIV, COVID-19, cancer, and other serious medical conditions. Our services are confidential and offered at no cost to clients in a welcoming and beautiful environment. We believe that food is medicine, and our core philosophy revolves around the idea that what we eat has a profound impact on our health.

Through extensive research, we have found that healthy food can reduce healthcare costs and improve health outcomes for patients, especially those struggling with conditions like diabetes and congestive heart failure. Our offerings include weekly groceries, vitamins, dietary supplements, nutrition counseling, and frozen meals for those who are unable to prepare food for themselves. Food For Thought is part of the California Food Is Medicine Coalition, an association of community-based nonprofit organizations dedicated to addressing the nutrition needs of California's most vulnerable and critically ill individuals.
