FireRein is a clean company founded by firefighters in rural Ontario, Canada, with a mission to enhance the industry by providing a safe product for both the environment and those combating fires. Originally intending to develop firefighting equipment, FireRein discovered that several green foams contain harmful chemicals that negatively impact communities. Eco-Gel™ is a certified 100% bio-based product that is both user-friendly and offers all the advantages that firefighters seek in a water additive. UL listed and effective for suppressing class A and class B fires, it extinguishes fires in half the time of traditional foams and gels while using less water. Furthermore, FireRein's Eco-Gel™ is made from food grade material, ensuring it is certified 100% toxic-free through the USDA's BioPreferred Program.

FireRein's commitment to research and development is evident in their continuous efforts to improve existing products and develop new ones. Led by Dr. David Hyndman, their in-house science team channels over 30 years of experience to optimize EcoGel™ formulations and create specialty applications.
