Fort Hill Presbyterian is a vibrant community dedicated to glorifying God and growing disciples. With a vision and mission rooted in Christian faith, we strive to share God's love locally and globally. Our church is a member of the Foothills Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church (USA), a denomination that believes in unity and spreading the message of Christ.

Our government structure follows a representative democracy, where leaders are chosen from the local congregation. At Fort Hill Presbyterian Church, we have a session comprised of pastors and ruling elders who oversee the church's affairs. We are also part of the South Atlantic Synod, covering South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.

The highest level of government is the General Assembly, bringing together representatives from each Presbytery. Our church is guided by the Constitution of the Presbyterian Church (USA).
