Dr. Jen, also known as Dr. Jennifer Brix, ND, is the founder of Fresh Health and a licensed naturopathic doctor.

At Fresh Health, Dr. Jen offers comprehensive naturopathic medical care, specializing in gut health, hormone balancing, brain function, and more. With over 14 years of experience, she is dedicated to providing the best possible care to her patients.

In addition to her in-person clinic in the Okanagan and on Vancouver Island, Dr. Jen also offers virtual care across British Columbia. This allows her to reach and treat patients all over the province, while still having time for her young family.

Dr. Jen is not only passionate about patient care but also about education. She is an educational specialist for Factors Group of Nutritional Supplements, Inc., where she trains health industry retailers and educates the public on various health topics.

She frequently appears as a guest on radio and television shows, hosts webinars, and writes health articles for publications. Outside of her professional work, Dr. Jen is actively involved in conservation and sustainability initiatives.

She promotes awareness of the connection between wild elephants and the Samburu people of Eastern Africa and advocates against the trafficking of animals in Ecuador. She has also volunteered in home building and medical care projects in Mexico and Nicaragua. When she's not busy with patients or her advocacy work, Dr.

Jen loves exploring the beautiful backyard of British Columbia. She combines her passion for education with her commitment to making a difference, both in the clinic and in the world. Dr.
