Welcome to FSFE, Fûns Skjinne Fryske Enerzjy, a finance company dedicated to promoting sustainable energy and energy efficiency in the province of Fryslân. FSFE's primary objective is to contribute to the sustainability goals of the province by providing financial support to projects in the field of sustainable energy and energy conservation. These projects must demonstrate a clear impact on the energy transition in Fryslân.

FSFE offers risk-bearing financing options such as loans, guarantees, and equity capital (in collaboration with private investors), with a maximum of € 15 million per project. Unlike subsidies, FSFE exclusively provides market-oriented financing solutions. The fund is managed by Stimuleringsfonds Volkshuisvesting Nederlandse gemeente (SVn), in partnership with e3 and the National Green Fund.
