Future Chefs is an empowering brand that prepares and supports teens for successful lives and careers after high school. Through their comprehensive programs, they provide professional and life skills training, youth leadership opportunities, and coaching from industry experts. The brand offers three sequential programs, starting with a short-term introductory program that introduces participants to basic culinary techniques and explores possible career paths.

This program is followed by a paid after-school work and service program for high school juniors and seniors, where participants further develop their culinary skills and receive social/emotional learning. After high school graduation, Future Chefs continues to support participants through a program that provides ongoing individual support for two years as they transition into the workforce. The brand firmly believes in equity, inclusion, diversity, and belonging, and is committed to creating a sense of community and belonging for all.
