Future Food Institute is a social enterprise based in Italy with a global presence. Their mission is to create a more equitable world by educating and inspiring innovators, enhancing entrepreneurial potential, and improving agricultural and food expertise. They focus on three key areas: Knowledge, Community, and Innovation.

In terms of education and training, Future Food Institute offers various programs such as boot camps, master's and executive programs, and student and teacher training. They aim to build capacity and empower a new generation of changemakers. Future Food Institute also conducts independent and collaborative research in eight focus areas including waste and circular systems, water safety and security, climate, and earth regeneration among others.

They develop innovative solutions and strategies to transform food systems and promote sustainability. The institute consists of a diverse team of entrepreneurs, chefs, researchers, designers, activists, and experts who share a common goal of sustainably improving life on Earth through the power of food. With operational offices and living labs in Italy, the US, and Japan, as well as affiliate centers and ambassadors in other countries, Future Food Institute is committed to collaborating with partners worldwide to address the challenges of our global food system
