FutureLab has gathered a community of over 3000 mentors who are passionate about empowering youth across Southeast Asia. Through their Theory of Change, FutureLab aims to equip 20 million youths aged 24-30 in Southeast Asia with industry-relevant knowledge and skills by 2025 through online mentoring with industry mentors. With over 30,000 mentorship sessions completed and 165+ mentorship programs conducted, FutureLab has already made a significant impact in Southeast Asia. The CEO, Brian Tan, envisions FutureLab being integrated into every high school, college, and university in the country to connect youth with mentors who can guide them in their career aspirations and prepare them for the workforce.
