Future Leaders in Action is a brand that focuses on cultivating the next generation of social sector leaders while simultaneously strengthening nonprofits and supporting youth. Through their program, FLIA places fellows, who are emerging leaders, with partner nonprofits for a period of three months. During this time, the fellows work to implement or develop a youth enrichment program while receiving a living wage.

FLIA believes in the power of partnerships and collaborates with youth-oriented nonprofits across the country. Their fellows, also known as emerging leaders, not only gain critical leadership and work skills through program development and support but also receive continuous guidance and resources from FLIA's network of peers and mentors. Furthermore, fellows thrive beyond the program with ongoing support provided by FLIA's alumni network.
