Futures Explored is a nonprofit organization based in Concord, CA that is dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Bay Area. Our mission is to create inclusive futures by providing equitable access to relevant programs, supports, and advocacy. With over 58 years of experience, we have made a significant impact on the lives of more than 9,000 adults across five counties in Northern California.

Our programs and services include Community Connections, Employment + Education, Film + Media, and Personal Wellness, offering a comprehensive range of opportunities for individuals to thrive and reach their full potential. We are proud to have strong partnerships with organizations that share our values. For example, Kids Bike Lane has donated custom-built bikes to empower our participants, while the Lafayette Juniors organization has supported us through their giving campaign.
