With over six years of experience in full-time software engineering, Frances specializes in growth engineering, design systems, and accessibility, particularly in the areas of product and web frontend development. Beyond her technical expertise, Frances is also passionate about speaking, teaching, mentoring, and inspiring the next generation of software engineers.

She actively supports and uplifts Latinx professionals in tech, with a particular focus on Latina software engineers. Frances was born and raised in Norfolk, Virginia, and proudly identifies as Peruvian-American.
