Finding Your FootPrint Foundation is a solutions-based nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting health and well-being in our communities through Mindfulness Programs. As a 501 (c) (3) organization, our mission is to bring wellness to individuals and communities by implementing comprehensive systems that focus on yoga, meditation, and self-care. Our initial project aims to introduce the Mindfulness Program to schools, organizations, and community centers in Maryland.

Through partnerships with local foundations, we are committed to creating evidence-based programs and curriculum that enhance the well-being of individuals and communities. We firmly believe in the power of mindfulness, which involves maintaining a nonjudgmental state of heightened awareness in our thoughts, emotions, and experiences on a moment-to-moment basis. Extensive research supports the numerous benefits of mindfulness and yoga for at-risk youth, including increased resiliency, optimism, academic success, and self-efficacy.
