G7 / G20 Youth Japan is a non-profit organization dedicated to selecting, nurturing, and dispatching the Japanese delegation to the G7 / G20 Youth Summits. In line with the shift from G8 to G7, the organization rebranded itself as G7 / G20 Youth Japan in July 2017 to foster further development. The core focus of G7 / G20 Youth Japan is to facilitate international problem-solving and drive positive change for a better future.

The organization values providing insights from the youth generation to decision-makers and creating platforms for youth voices to be heard in decision-making processes. They offer opportunities for Japanese youth to engage with international issues, connect like-minded individuals, and deepen their understanding through various events, partnerships, and initiatives.
