Gigstarter is a user-friendly platform for booking live music. We have developed a transparent website where interested artists can be booked directly without any hidden fees. Our goal is to empower independent musicians and enable anyone to become a booker.

Gigstarter brings artists and bookers together, making the process simple and efficient. Our platform allows you to browse and book musicians directly, without any intermediaries. In addition, Gigstarter hosts an annual competition called Artist of the Year and DJ of the Year.

Artists can participate by subscribing during the designated period and going through a preselection and voting process. The top 3 finalists in each category will have the opportunity to record a ten-minute performance video, which will be reviewed by an external jury. The winners will be announced and interviewed during an online event, which will also feature their recorded performances.

The winner of the Artist of the Year title will receive a 1000 euros cheque, while the DJ of the Year will receive a 500 euros cheque.
