Glorad is an independent research network with centers in Germany, Switzerland, China, Lithuania, Brazil, Russia, and collaborations with various institutions worldwide. Dedicated to the study of global research and development (R&D) and innovation, Glorad aims to generate new concepts, tools, and understanding in the management of R&D and innovation, particularly in technology and consumer-product industries. The network focuses on the international exchange of ideas, technologies, and innovations.

Each Glorad center is led by a director and supported by network partners in different institutions and locations. The network also engages with the industrial R&D management community, providing platforms for R&D directors in China and globally to exchange experiences and best practices. These platforms foster communities of R&D leaders who contribute based on their R&D leadership experience.
