In 1998, the bakery was purchased by the Mangano family, who brought their extensive baking experience and a passion for gluten-free baking.


Vin-Chet became the only CSA certified, exclusively gluten-free bakery in Western New York. Today, the Mangano family produces over 175 varieties of baked goods, all of which meet or exceed the taste and texture of traditional baked goods. Their products, made from fresh, wholesome, and certified gluten-free ingredients, have gained a loyal customer base and are trusted for their quality.


Vin-Chet supplies their baked goods to Tops Supermarket stores, Wegmans locations, local pizzerias, and restaurants, including one in Rhode Island.
