GOALS Armenia is a national non-profit organization dedicated to using sports as a catalyst for societal transformation. They firmly believe that sports can empower individuals and create opportunities for their participants. With a focus on young women in rural communities, GOALS is the only sports organization in Armenia that develops and supports soccer leagues and impact programs for this demographic.

Currently, they have established eight soccer leagues with over 800 players, and in March 2021, they launched a co-ed soccer league in Artsakh. GOALS organizes seasonal soccer league training, games, tournaments, summer camps, after-school clubs, and various social events. Their goal is to create safe spaces for young women to engage in sports, challenge existing stereotypes through sport for social impact, and foster strong partnerships with local institutions to ensure the sustainability of their programs.

By promoting health, life, and leadership skills through women's soccer leagues, GOALS aims to empower every girl in Armenia to reach her full potential. Their work has been acknowledged internationally, as they received the prestigious 'Sport for Gender Equality Award' from Beyond Sport for their dedication to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Through the continuous support of donors, sponsors, staff, and volunteers, GOALS strives to make a lasting impact in the lives of youth and the communities they serve.
