Grant County Library, established in 1914 with a generous donation of 200 books by Mrs. Margaret Hill McCarter, aims to be a beacon of knowledge in Kansas. Our 22,000 sq ft building houses three levels tailored for different age groups β adult, young adult, and children.
We offer a wide range of services, including interlibrary loans, meeting rooms, and online workshops. Our mission is to serve the community by meeting educational, cultural, and recreational needs regardless of economic background. Communication is key for us, and we strive to collaborate with other community agencies.
