These programs include senior exercise options such as SilverSneakers®, which grants access to the Community Centers Wellness Center, Walking Track, SilverSneakers Classic® Fitness Classes, Greater Midland Walking Club, Oasis Pool + Hot Tub open swim, Sauna, East Pool for lap swimming, and various court sports like pickleball, volleyball, and basketball. Eligibility for SilverSneakers® can be checked through Amanda Ewald, the 50+ Program Coordinator. Additionally, Greater Midland offers group fitness classes, virtual wellness options, and a variety of events, races, and camps for people of all ages.
