The Greater Sacramento Urban League (GSUL) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering communities and changing lives throughout the Sacramento region. With locations in Del Paso Heights and Oak Park neighborhoods, GSUL provides a range of programs, services, and events aimed at educating, empowering, and employing individuals. Their mission is to empower historically marginalized communities, including Black individuals, by promoting economic self-reliance, educational fulfillment, social justice, and civil rights.

GSUL strives to create thriving communities where individuals, youth, and families can live well and be well. As part of the Urban League Movement, GSUL collaborates with the National Urban League (NUL) and other affiliates to address various issues. They focus on civic engagement and leadership development, civil rights and racial justice, economic empowerment, education and youth, and health and quality of life.
