Open Health and HAART are dedicated to providing comprehensive care for individuals living with HIV, AIDS, and STDs. As a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization, HAART offers a wide range of services to support those affected by these conditions in the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA). With the collaboration of Open Health Care Clinic, they provide vital services such as housing, primary care, medication assistance, case management, and various supportive services.

Open Health is the largest provider of HUD-funded housing assistance for people with HIV in Louisiana, offering transitional and permanent supportive housing programs. Additionally, they administer HOPWA-funded programs, providing rental assistance. Open Health also plays a significant role in Ryan White case management services in the Baton Rouge region.

Guided by a dedicated Board of Directors, the mission of HAART and Open Health is to ensure access to high-quality and culturally competent medical care and support services, while reducing social stigmas. By striving to provide the highest quality of care, they contribute to improving the well-being of the community they serve
