HackUPC is a non-profit student organization based at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, focused on promoting science and technology among students. With the aim of creating a strong community in the technological world, HackUPC organizes a variety of events throughout the year, both nationally and internationally. The organization offers non-periodical activities that teach participants how to use technologies to successfully develop personal projects.

Additionally, they host a yearly event called HackUPC, which brings together 700 people of all experience levels, majors, and backgrounds. Participants are provided with the resources and space to bring their innovative ideas to life within a period of 36 hours. HackUPC also facilitates smaller hackathons that foster a collaborative and creative work atmosphere.

They connect startups with students, providing opportunities for recruitment in a fast-paced environment. Through their Slack workspace, HackUPC helps hackers organize their participation in hackathons worldwide.
