Founded by Kate, a digital marketing professional with a passion for supporting same-sex couples, H&H Weddings began as a blog in 2013. Kate was inspired to create the platform after reading a frustrating article by a bride-to-be who was struggling to find wedding resources that represented her queer love story.

For six years, H&H Weddings published a diverse range of queer love stories, offering a much-needed space for LGBTQ+ couples to find inspiration and support. However, Kate realized that the blog could be even more powerful as a social media-only community.
