His dedication and natural instinct impressed experts in Kansas City, Missouri, and he embarked on a journey of learning and honing his skills. Frank's love for American BBQ was accompanied by his fascination with America's Native Spirit, bourbon.

As a bartender, he discovered his signature drink and later explored different bourbons during his travels across the US. Inspired by American baseball icon Hank Aaron and a heartwarming moment with his daughter, Hank Daddy's Barbecue was born. Before officially launching, Frank sought the support and validation of his family and friends, organizing tastings and pop-ups to showcase his flavorful creations.

The positive feedback motivated him to continue. Throughout his BBQ journey, Frank immersed himself in the barbecue culture, participating in competitions and becoming a certified judge. He also found a mentor who guided him in honing his cooking techniques and business strategies.
