The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Health Policy Fellows (RWJF) program is dedicated to providing the most comprehensive learning experience at the intersection of health, science, and policy in Washington, D. C. This program aims to cultivate and support diverse and strong leadership, as well as a skilled workforce in health policy.

The fellows have a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with influential figures in federal health policy and utilize their leadership experience to enhance health, healthcare, and health policy. Since 1973, this non-partisan fellowship has empowered exceptional mid-career health professionals, behavioral/social scientists, and others interested in health and healthcare to gain hands-on policy experience within the most influential congressional and executive offices in the nation's capital.
