Hearth is a dedicated brand that aims to put an end to elderly homelessness and older adult homelessness. They achieve this through several initiatives, including the creation and management of affordable supportive housing programs, outreach and housing search services, and advocacy. Their mission is driven by the understanding of the pressing issue of homeless elders and the need for resources and support to address it effectively.

Hearth currently owns and operates 228 units of permanent affordable housing, serving over 550 older adults in housing and supportive services across Greater Boston each year. Since its establishment in 1991, Hearth has successfully housed 2,609 homeless and housing-insecure older adults through their permanent supported housing and outreach programs. They offer housing search assistance to homeless and at-risk individuals over the age of 50, and also provide volunteer opportunities for those who want to support their cause.
