With over 20 years of experience, Heart of Oregon Corps has become a leader in transforming the lives of disadvantaged young people and their communities in Deschutes, Crook, Jefferson, and northern Klamath counties. Heart of Oregon Corps offers six programs that engage 225 youth annually, providing meaningful workforce development and educational opportunities.


Their programs focus on areas such as conservation, construction, childcare, and customer service, aiming to equip participants with the skills they need for successful careers. Through a unique WORK, EARN, LEARN model, youth work on projects that benefit the community, earn wages and scholarships, and gain valuable vocational certifications and leadership skills. By participating in Heart of Oregon Corps programs, youth have the opportunity to re-engage with society, gain self-sufficiency, and contribute to their local economy.


With a strong history of success, including building affordable homes and improving public lands, Heart of Oregon Corps continues to train tomorrow's workforce today.
