IHEEPConference, also known as the Highway Engineering Exchange Program (HEEP), is an international organization dedicated to promoting engineering technology and software solutions in the field of highway transportation. Founded in 1956 during an informal meeting of several western states, HEEP has since grown to include a wide range of participants, including transportation engineers, technicians, officials, and industry representatives from various countries, states, counties, cities, and consulting firms. HEEP organizes an annual International Highway Engineering Exchange Conference, which serves as a platform for professionals to explore advancements in highway transportation technology.

This conference facilitates the exchange of information, ideas, and experiences, and provides exposure to the latest technological innovations. Alongside the conference, vendor partners showcase their software and hardware solutions in a dedicated display area, fostering collaboration and shaping the future of software and technology development in the field. Membership in HEEP is available to individuals and institutions involved in highway transportation organizations at various government levels and in the private sector.
