Heinolan Voimisteluseura ry, established in 1927, has been inspiring the people of Heinola through movement for over 90 years. We offer a wide range of classes and activities for children, youth, and adults of all ages and skill levels. Our goal is to foster a supportive and encouraging environment that nurtures social, physical, and healthy development in individuals.

Our passion for movement has also led us to specialize in competitive group gymnastics, starting from the age of eight. We believe that a positive and empowering gymnastics team not only builds athletic skills but also shapes children into confident and well-rounded individuals. Each practice session is designed to create moments of accomplishment and joy in physical activity.

To ensure quality coaching for all participants, our dedicated and experienced coaches undergo continuous training and development. As a non-profit organization and a member of the Finnish Gymnastics Federation, we are committed to giving back to the community and supporting financially disadvantaged families. We offer membership fee exemptions or reductions for those in need.
