Malcolm O'Neill, the co-owner and North Island Operations Manager, has a science degree in physical geography and extensive experience in outdoor activities. Michelle McConnon, the Account Manager and Women's Group Travel specialist, brings boundless energy and a background in tourism operations. Martin Leslie, the Head of Guiding and Operations, combines his passion for exploring the natural world with his background in Earth Sciences and teaching.
