The brand's story began when founder Ali Dunford moved to Jackson in 2012 and started diving into grocery store dumpsters in search of usable food. Shocked by the amount of waste, she decided to find a solution, leading to the establishment of Hole Food Rescue. Over the years, with the help of 100+ volunteers, they have rescued over a million pounds of food, benefiting numerous community members in need.
